Although I had been physically active all of my life, I found myself in my mid-50’s doing very little but social tennis. I took the plunge and hired a personal trainer. Catherine has been a constant in my life for the past five years. Her bi-weekly guidance and spot on personal training have made an amazing difference in my fitness. Every session is geared to improve my upper body strength, my core, my leg muscles and my endurance. I use hand weights, resistance bands, balls, steps and kettle bells to maximize my fitness. Although I have learned enough from Catherine’s excellent teaching to train on my own, I believe that following a schedule 2x per week with her on site is the best recipe for success. I just celebrated my 60th birthday and I feel I am in better shape now than I was in my 40’s.

I can design a program for you to follow and meet periodically to keep it working for you or work regularly by your side for maximum results and accountability. Exercising at home is more convenient, more time efficient, less intimidating and cleaner. You don’t need a costly home gym. We will utilize and supplement any equipment you currently have. Additional equipment expenditures for you will be minimal.
